To understand how work can be smart, let me tell you an interesting story about two people: Pablo and Bruno.

Pablo and Bruno were friends searching for work to fulfill their dreams. The village chief offered them the task of transporting water from the mountain to the village. The task seemed simple at first, but there were multiple ways to approach it.
برونو قرر أن ينقل الماء باستخدام الدلاء التقليدية، وهذا كان يتطلب منه جهدًا مضاعفًا. كان عليه أن يذهب ويعود مرارًا وتكرارًا ليحمل الماء إلى القرية. هذا العمل كان يتطلب منه جهدًا كبيرًا كل يوم، ولكنه كان يعمل بشكل تقليدي.
Bruno decided to transport water using traditional buckets, which required tremendous effort. He had to go back and forth repeatedly, carrying water to the village. This work demanded a lot of effort every day, but he was following a traditional method.

But Pablo had a different vision. He decided to dig a pipeline from the mountain to the village. Although the task seemed difficult at first and would take a long time to complete, he saw the bigger picture. The plan required only 5% effort, but the financial return would be 95%. He knew the project would run continuously even after he stopped working.
خلال الشهر الأول، كان بابلو لا يزال يحفر ويعمل بجد، لكنه لم ينجز إلا مسافة قصيرة من خط الأنابيب. سخر أهل القرية منه، وظنوا أنه لا يصلح لهذا النوع من العمل، لكن بابلو لم يلتفت إلى السخرية أو الانتقادات. كان لديه الرؤية البعيدة التي يتميز بها رائد الأعمال.
During the first month, Pablo was still digging and working hard, but he had only made a small progress on the pipeline. The villagers mocked him, thinking he was not cut out for such work, but Pablo didn't pay attention to the mockery or criticism. He had the long-term vision that every entrepreneur possesses.

Two years later, the pipeline was completed, and water started flowing continuously into the village. What Pablo discovered was that in one day, the amount of water flowing was equal to what Bruno would transport in five months. With the continuous flow of water, Pablo’s financial earnings grew significantly, even though he wasn’t putting in intense effort. More importantly, this project would continue even after his death, and he could pass it on to his children.
